Heat recovery of ventilation in welding shops and paint shops with rotorary heat exchanger with automatic cleaning device

See options below:

1. Rotor units WSA-RV and WSA-R for workshops 

• Washing system installed (-RV) or detached (-R)
• Chambers, water collection ponds and sewerage
• Cleaning control system

2. Ready-to-install air handling unit WSA-K for workshops

3. Ready-to-install air handling unit PSA-K for Paint shops

• - ATEX equipment zone 2 and 2.1

Rotor section is equipped with efficient heat recovery matrix of special material

Automatic High Pressure 120 bar hot water cleaning device is mounted on the rotor.

Suitable for e.g:



• Welding plants
• Painting plants
• Foundries
• Metal finishing plants

Operation costs of the unit are very low:

• There are no need to have exhaust filters and outside air prefilters , replacement cost is = 0 EUR/year
• Power need of e.a. fan decreases for missing pressure drop of filters
• Cost of one cleaning period is 8-20 EUR
• Rotor shall be cleaned 25-100 times/year depending on weekly operating time
• The Cleaning system guarantees continuously high efficiency of recovery system

Oldest rotor section still working in Finland is from year 1991. Life time of the exchanger is very long. System has been in use in many plants over 15-20 years.
